Our Highland Cow Love apron has been printed in earthy tones of orange, green and brown and features Cherith’s illustrative design of a parent licking her calf clean, who doesn’t appear to be too impressed! 

Her unique drawing style allows her to capture wonderfully all of nature’s varying textures and patterns making even the most mundane subject such as mud and grass, vibrant and beautiful.

The hills creeping in the background are inspired by Cherith’s travels, gazing out the aeroplane window to the fields below she would imagine them as being one big giant patchwork quilt. The colours and textures would always vary from country to country but nothing felt more familiar and welcoming than the fields on her home turf, even if the Scottish weather she was returning to was awful!
